Returns & Refunds Policy — Lux Atlas

At Lux Atlas, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged through customer misuse, missing parts, or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at the email address below. Include photos or a short video clearly showing the damage. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of what you received. We will resolve this immediately at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: items marked as final sale, items returned without original packaging, and items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

Refund Process Once your return request is approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost or Undelivered Packages If your tracking shows your order is still in transit after the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at the email on our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.

Lux Atlas reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.
